"i just cant help it. every time i go outside and see my bike, i notice something else that you all did thats just above and beyond. thanks again to Cory Lotz and i did not catch the last name of the mechanic who worked on my Yamaha R6 but i did get his first name, and it was Cory also, thanks!. he was really cool and answered all of my questions. you all have an awesome winning team at your store in yucca. the guy who rang up my transaction was also able to get very fast answers on parts that i asked him about, he worked in the Harley store but was covering the street bike area. i could tell they knew that i was a little green when it came to street bikes but never made me feel any less important than a seasoned rider. i have been to more than 5 other stores and never got any wear near the level of a person to person respect that i received at your store. when i have gone to other stores i fell very awkward and felt like just another sucker who has money said stores wanted. even the cute and awesome blond women who was working in the accessories area was just, well, i felt like i had just walked in to a friends shop and knew every one there. and the other fellow who's name slips my mind at the moment and can only describe as very jolly and down to earth, was the first person i saw there offered my father and I drinks was great. my only question is, how have i never heard of your store? all of my friends where telling me how every store they have been to was just a crapy place that is a sorry excuse of a Moto parts and service store, just a black hole of joy and good times. you set the bar of how a five star store should be.

"Last year (2008) I bought a 700 Rhino and loved it so much that two weeks later I bought a second one. Now I have one that is set up for speed and the other is a cruiser. I'm now getting ready to build a trail rig. My Little Red Racer was a real challenge for the guys at Hutchins, thats because the long travel set up is not one off the shelf. It has parts from different manufacturers, SDR arms, Summers Brothers axles, Gear One steering box and tie rods, Fabtech spindles, I Shocks F18 shocks, and Black Rhino steel braided brake lines. With all the parts and no detailed instruction sheet they came through with flying colors. I'm looking forward to working with them on the next one."
